At Western Exterminator Company we understand that you care how information about you is gathered, used and shared. We care, too. Privacy is sacred. As such, we make sure we safeguard your personally-identifiable information and honor your requests for privacy. After all, we want you to feel comfortable visiting our websites over and over again, so why would we do anything to jeopardize that relationship?

Western Exterminator Company may collect, store and accumulate certain non-personally identifiable information concerning your use of our websites. This would include information regarding which of our pages or promotions visitors access the most often and those that are most popular among our users. The one and only reason that we collect this information is to learn how we can better enhance our offerings to and communications with you. Bottom line, this information gives us ideas on how to better address our customers' needs. That's it.
For service scheduling, information requests, and for customers to set up online accounts we will need certain personal information such as your name, address, phone number, e-mail address, and customer account number, if applicable.
If you choose to fill out an application for employment to join our Western family, we will request personal information such as your name, address, phone number, e-mail address, past work history, as well as any relevant information needed in order to consider you for future employment. We do not collect social security numbers or driver's license numbers on our websites.
Whenever you interact on our sites, we receive and store certain information in the form of Internet "cookies." Cookies are stored on your hard drive — not on our sites — in the form of a text file (they are not harmful, nor tasty). Most cookies are "session cookies," meaning that they are automatically deleted at the end of a session when you close your browser.
We do NOT use cookies to examine your surfing behavior before or after leaving the Western Exterminator Company websites. We really do have better things to do.

Our sites sometimes provide links to websites that are operated solely by third parties that are not under our control. These Privacy Practices apply to our sites only, and are not intended to describe the privacy policies of any third party sites.
We make every reasonable effort to ensure that your personal information is protected while you are on our sites. We have security procedures in the storage and disclosure of personal information that prevents unauthorized access. It's exactly the kind of protection that we would want if we were surfing the web on another site. It's really that simple.
